This page explains how professional work, client material, social content, photography and third-party media are presented across the NETZ Collective portfolio.
The aim is simple: show Aneta’s professional contribution accurately without claiming ownership of material that belongs to clients, employers, collaborators, creators or other rights holders.
01
Purpose
NETZ Collective is a professional portfolio and creative brand operated by Aneta.
The website contains selected examples of projects, campaigns, events, imagery and social content connected with Aneta’s professional experience.
Material is included to demonstrate relevant experience, creative contribution and professional capability.
02
Portfolio material
The website includes work from different stages of Aneta’s professional career.
This may include work created, commissioned, managed, directed, coordinated, edited, published or otherwise contributed to while Aneta was employed by, contracted to, freelancing for or collaborating with another organisation.
Where relevant, individual case studies describe the context in which the work was undertaken.
Inclusion in the portfolio should therefore be understood as a record of professional involvement and not automatically as a claim that every underlying asset was independently created or owned by NETZ Collective.
03
Roles & contributions
NETZ aims to describe Aneta’s role and contribution to featured work accurately and proportionately.
Depending on the project, that contribution may involve areas such as:
- Social Media Strategy & Management.
- Creative Direction.
- Brand & Identity.
- Content Production & Editing.
- Influencer & Creator Marketing.
- Campaign Strategy.
- Creator & Talent Management where relevant to the featured work.
- Event-day media coordination, community management or other project-specific responsibilities described in the relevant case study.
A project appearing on this website does not mean that Aneta was solely responsible for every element of that project.
Large campaigns and live events frequently involve multiple employees, agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, creators, artists, managers and other contributors.
04
Ownership & copyright
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in client, employer and third-party material remain with their respective owners where applicable.
This may include:
- Photographs.
- Video footage.
- Campaign assets.
- Event artwork.
- Graphics.
- Logos.
- Music.
- Social media posts.
- Brand assets.
- Website material.
Displaying such material within a portfolio case study does not transfer copyright or any other ownership rights to NETZ Collective.
Separately, original NETZ branding, website design, original written content and NETZ-owned creative material remain protected by their own applicable intellectual property rights.
05
Brands & trademarks
Names, logos, event identities, product names and trademarks belonging to featured clients, employers, event operators and other organisations remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance on this website is intended to identify the relevant project or provide professional context.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, nothing on this website suggests that ownership of those marks has transferred to NETZ.
07
Photography & credits
Where a photograph, article, campaign asset or other piece of media contains a published credit, NETZ aims to preserve or describe that credit accurately where relevant.
Some portfolio material may feature photography or creative work produced by Aneta, while other material may have been produced by another photographer, videographer, publication, creator or production team.
A photograph appearing inside an Aneta case study should not be interpreted as a blanket statement that Aneta personally shot, directed or owns that photograph unless the surrounding context makes that contribution clear.
If you believe a credit is missing, incomplete or inaccurate, please contact NETZ so the attribution can be reviewed.
08
No representation implied
Featuring a company, brand, client, event, publication, artist or collaborator in the portfolio does not mean that NETZ currently represents, owns, operates or speaks on behalf of that person or organisation.
It also does not necessarily mean there is a current commercial relationship.
Case studies are intended to describe past or current professional experience and should be read in the context provided on the relevant page.
09
Rights-holder requests
NETZ aims to present portfolio material responsibly and with appropriate context.
If you are a rights holder, client, employer, photographer, creator, publication or other relevant party and believe that:
- Material has been attributed incorrectly.
- A credit should be added or corrected.
- The description of a contribution requires clarification.
- Material should be reviewed because of a rights concern.
- You would like NETZ to consider removing particular portfolio material.
Please email hello@netzcollective.com with enough information to identify the relevant project or material.
Legitimate requests will be reviewed and, where appropriate, attribution, context or displayed material may be updated.
10
Updates
This page may be updated as new projects are added, portfolio material changes or the way third-party media is presented on the website evolves.
The date at the top of this page indicates when this version was last updated.

06
Social media content
Some case studies link to social media posts originally published on third-party platforms such as Instagram.
Where Instagram content is displayed directly within a case study, the website uses an embed connected to the original post rather than presenting a locally hosted copy as though it were independently owned by NETZ.
Instagram embeds remain hidden until you actively choose View Instagram Posts.
You can instead open the original post directly on Instagram without loading the embedded preview.
Social posts remain subject to the rights, terms and availability associated with the original platform and account.
